Your day-to-day responsibilities will span across multiple projects, requiring you to adapt swiftly to new challenges and work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and project success. You will be instrumental in defining and implementing digital strategies, offering expert consultancy to clients, and driving the continuous improvement of both software and consultancy services.What Youll DoManage multiple projects simultaneously, providing expert guidance as a Digital Delivery ManagerCollaborate on developing essential BIM documentation including Strategies, Employers Information Requirements, Asset Information Requirements, and BIM Execution PlansStep into various project leadership roles as needed serving as BIM Information Manager, BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, and when required, Operations & Maintenance Project Manager or general Project ManagerLiaise proactively with clients by defining BIM requirements and framing management strategies for design, construction, and operational phasesOversee and ensure adherence to the companys Standards, Methods & Procedures (SMPs) in tandem with internal Contracts leadershipDrive the implementation, training, and ongoing support of the firms flagship digital productPartner with Directors and the Software Development Team to refine the gliderbim roadmap and enhance consultancy servicesMentor and train new and junior team members as the practice grows, ensuring technical excellence and smooth onboardingRepresent the firm at industry conferences and events, maintaining and expanding professional relationshipsOccasionally support sales teams by addressing technical inquiries and resolving intricate customer issues in collaboration with support staffWhat Were Looking ForEssential Qualifications & Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling effective interaction with team members and clientsProven organisational prowess, strong time-management, and people management capabilitiesDemonstrated professionalism, a data-driven approach, and a strong work ethicHigh proficiency in IT and digital tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAdaptable, agile, and dedicated to keeping pace with evolving client needs and project deadlinesSolid background in the AEC industry (Architecture, MEP, Structural, or similar)Proficient in Autodesk Revit with additional understanding of construction and services practicesDesirable Experience:Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as PAS1192, BS1192, ISO 19650, and CIC BIM protocolsExperience with IFC and other common data exchange formats, alongside model authoring softwareKnowledge of common data environments enhances your ability to streamline information managementReady to Lead Digital Transformation?If youre passionate about leveraging digital innovation to reshape project delivery and have the expertise to drive strategic change, wed love to hear from you.
