We speak with some of the brightest people in the financial industry across Math/Computer science, Statistics/Engineering, for some incredible Quant Developers/Tech and trading type of opportunities.The role:The Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant role gives direct exposure to senior leaders/MD at our clients organizations, it is extremely varied; you will learn new skills and build on them every day.Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:Networking with the market approaching prospective candidates building strong relationships in your market areaExecutive search senior level headhunting to find talentsScreening and liaising with candidates to determine personal strengths and job requirementsCorporate landscape map-out of the industry/ researching market trends and industriesFacilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and providing feedbacksDo you have what it takes to become a Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant?To succeed as a Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant experience is not essential as we choose our candidates based on their strong academic background, potential and their transferable skills.
