We are looking for an innovative and passionate individual to join our team and become a future leader.The RoleThis role requires balancing operational HR activities with strategic planning and delivery of HR initiatives.You will play a fundamental role in the HR Function in providing support and guidance throughout the full employment lifecycle.You will have direct responsibility providing advice, guidance and support to a large percentage of the global business, in addition to driving employee engagement, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and procedures, whilst aligning HR practices with the overall strategic goals of the business.Responsibilities include; but are not limited to:Overseeing the HR Function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, promoting employee engagement, and supporting staff developmentEnsuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policiesMaintaining accurate and up to date HR RecordsCoordination of process flow, policy and People StrategyRegular travel to our international officesThe successful candidate will be supported through continuous learning and CIPD Qualification.YouAre an individual with ambition to drive continuous improvement, who is well organised with a proven ability to plan and prioritise work, both independently and as part of a team.
