C&I Account ManagerSalary CompetitiveHours 40 hours per weekLocation HomebasedAs a C&I Account Manager at FCC Environment, you will manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial clients across the UK. Youll maintain strong relationships, drive growth and retention, and act as a strategic point of contact for key accounts in the field.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.What will you be doing?- Conducting structured field-based account reviews- Understanding client needs and identifying new revenue opportunities- Managing a portfolio of Key & Major Account customers- Handling service and invoice queries and ensuring swift resolutions- Supporting client mobilisations and ensuring smooth handovers- Developing SLAs and KPIs and monitoring performance- Implementing annual price increases and negotiating contract renewals- Proactively reviewing account services for financial and environmental gains- Supporting and instructing case handlers as needed- Ensuring compliance with SHEQ policies and standardsWhat are we looking for?- Experience in the waste industry (essential), including work in a waste broker model- Proven experience in B2B account management roles- Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building and maintaining strategic relationships- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance and revenue targets- Expertise in commercial and industrial waste management- Skilled in negotiating contracts and managing performance documentation (KPIs, SLAs)- High self-motivation and ability to manage time and diaries independently- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UKAbout UsFCC Environment is one of the UKs leading waste and resource management companies.
