The company is known for its people-focused ethos and commitment to driving exceptional service standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Client Acquisition Specialist at First 4 Recruitment Ltd. The role is primarily located in Oldham but allows for some remote work. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting market research, managing programs, and utilising strong communication skills to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.Client Engagement: Develop personalized pitches and proposals to showcase our value proposition.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed client acquisition targets and contribute to company growth.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or a related role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and solve client challenges.Proficiency in CRM tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment.Must Have: A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (fuel allowance provided).What We Offer:Competitive base salary of 41,000 per annum (starting), plus a performance-based bonus structure.Hybrid work flexibility (2 office days, 3 remote days).Fuel allowance to cover travel costs.Company-provided phone, laptop, and the tools you need to succeed.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive team environment.Thank you!
