We are a leading brand in the fuel industry, and we are looking for a proactive and results-driven National Sales Manager to expand our market reach across the UK. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated National Sales Manager to drive the sales of our HOTMAX fuel logs to UK-wide outlets. This primarily desk-based role offers flexible hours and is ideal for a results-oriented individual who can identify new markets, find new customers, and drive business growth with existing clients. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue across the country. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify new markets and new business opportunities by targeting both potential new customers and expanding the customer base within existing segments across the UK.Manage and develop key accounts, fostering long-term relationships and seeking opportunities to increase sales within current clients.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth in all markets, collaborating with senior management to ensure alignment with overall company goals.Maintain and track sales, ensuring opportunities are followed up and sales targets are met.Engage with key outlets, including fuel merchants, garden centers, retail outlets, and hardware stores, to introduce and promote HOTMAX fuel logs.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to identify new trends or opportunities in the market.Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback, adapting sales strategies to ensure maximum potential for growth.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior management.Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to queries promptly and maintaining a strong service-oriented approach. Key Requirements:Proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in working with multiple channels and key accounts.Experience in direct sales, particularly within trade sales or similar industries, is essential.Demonstrable track record of sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition.Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans, driving significant growth within national markets.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients at all levels.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and responsibilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with customers.Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting software to track and manage performance.
