Were looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who is fluent in French and has excellent English language skills to join the existing Marketing Team.What You'll Be Doing:Translate and localise all aspects of Moasures website to French language, including product descriptions, email marketing assets, video subtitles and voiceovers/voice recordings.Resolve incoming inquiries from new and existing customers.Liaise with our European Union order fulfilment partner to investigate any shipping problems or delays.Work with the Marketing team to replicate and execute Moasures successful digital marketing campaigns across France.Research and develop influencer marketing, developing relationships with influencers in Moasures target industries (professionals who measure outdoors: landscaping, excavation, garden design, synthetic and natural grass, concrete, construction, playgrounds, etc.).Research and evaluate advertising and collaboration opportunities with industry publications, Facebook groups, online forums and communities.Work with the French Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team to test and develop strategies and tactics to increase sales in new and existing channels.Evaluate and report on website and market performance and results, e.g. website traffic, advertising, sales.Evaluate and organise for attendance of key industry events in France.Align with and promote Moasures brand identity.Monitor key product stock levels.Observe and report on buyer behaviour, feedback and questions.Monitor and support customer success.Essential Skills & Experience French speaker with excellent English language skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of 2 years eCommerce or digital marketing experienceFamiliarity with the French business environment, including cultural, legal, and market-specific considerations.Desirable Skills & Experience:Experience with Shopify platformExperience with Google AnalyticsExperience with Facebook advertisingKnowledge of SEO and PPC best practicesVideo editing experienceCanva (or similar) experienceExperience designing marketing emails using Klaviyo or similar platforms.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environmentHybrid working arrangementsComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, health cash plan, pension plan, and generous holiday allowanceA supportive team culture with regular team events and professional development opportunities25 days annual holiday plus public holidays24/7 employee assistance program (EAP)Discount schemesFree car parkingCompany Team EventsIf you believe you meet our criteria and are excited about joining our dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
