Stock Condition SurveyorLocation: North WalesSalary: Temp-to-perm - £25-£29 per hour (umbrella), full-time rate £33,000 per annumWorking Hours: 37 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Property Surveys & Maintenance: Perform thorough stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio, documenting defects and maintenance needs.Technical Expertise & Compliance: Use your knowledge of building regulations, construction laws, and health 'safety standards to ensure all work meets required criteria. Apply IT systems and mobile tech to manage maintenance and asset tracking.Problem Resolution & Decision Making: Make independent, informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently and ensure services provide value within budget.Customer Relations & Resident Communication: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction. Engage with residents to address their concerns and needs.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the housing or construction industry.A construction qualification is desirable but not essential.A full driving licence is required.
