You will need to work effectively within the team, flexible to work 30hr as rostered by the team leader or service manager. This is ideal for someone that enjoys a rewarding and varied role, every day is different! There are a variety of farming and horticultural tasks. The job role will involve supporting individuals with learning disabilities, c onfidence in an educational setting would also be desirable. You will assistwith transport, this requires confidence with driving a minibus in rural locations. We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills but who is also familiar with technology. Experience working to high standards of health and safety and infection control policies and procedures is crucial. It is a unique role and you must be willing to get your hands dirty! About You: Essential Requirements: Driver with UK manual licence (to include minibus) and own vehicle.
