Plus, enjoy three days offevery week, giving you time to pursue your passions.Engineer your career with Ocado Logistics.What You'll Be Doing as a Shift Engineer with Ocado Logistics:Maintaining and Optimising: Conducting planned and reactive maintenanceacross the site, ensuring everyone’s accuracy and safety. Proactivelyidentifying and implementing improvements to enhance machine reliabilityand performance – making sure our thousands of customers receive theirshopping on time and in the best quality.Troubleshooting and Repairing: Things inevitably break down and your rolewill involve diagnosing and resolving any equipment breakdowns efficiently,keeping our automated systems running smoothly and safely.Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analysing data to identifytrends and implement solutions that improve our overall MHE performance.Whilst, maintaining and keeping detailed records of work activities, partsused, and training to ensure we continuously improve.Collaboration and Communication: Your role is pivotal to our Inbound,Outbound, and other support teams - aligning engineering activities withoperational needs. So you will need to be confident communicating effectivelywith colleagues and external contractors. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of our plannedmaintenance system, propose innovative ideas, and participate in projects toenhance warehouse and engineering functions.Safety and Standards: It goes without saying that you will need to ensure allmaintenance activities are conducted safely and to the highest standards,maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
