We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in metrology and quality control to lead our inspection team and ensure compliance with industry standards.Job Summary:As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality control and metrology activities, ensuring that products meet stringent specifications. You will lead a team of quality inspectors to develop and maintain inspection processes, and drive continuous improvement in measurement and testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities:✅Manage and develop a team of quality inspectors, ensuring high performance and accuracy in all measurements and inspections.✅Oversee metrology and calibration processes, ensuring all measurement equipment is properly maintained and calibrated in accordance with industry standards.✅Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.✅Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products.✅Maintain and analyze quality control metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.✅Serve as the technical expert on metrology, advising on best practices for measurement and inspection.✅Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, addressing quality concerns effectively.Requirements:✨ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, Quality Management, or a related field would be an advantage.✨ Proven experience in metrology and quality control, with a strong understanding of precision measurement techniques.✨ Experience managing and developing a team of inspectors✨ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.✨ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.✨ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
