Job Description

Are you ready to lead a large contract transition for one of our high profile clients? You'll take full ownership of the tender – from managing the supplier selection process to ensuring a seamless transition and mobilisation of a new or renewed contract. You’ll be the key point of contact across the business, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and delivery stays on track.This is an 18 month fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working, bonus scheme and very generous holiday allowance.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end tender and transition processDevelop and drive the delivery plan, ensuring timely completionManage supplier reviews, demonstrations, and selectionOversee the mobilisation of the new supplier or contract termsAct as the key interface across IT, Legal, Finance, H&S, and Governance teamsProvide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholdersDrive contract implementation, compliance, and governanceResolve complex contractual issues and identify opportunities for improvementDefine data and process requirements to support continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in contract transitions, transformation, and commercial deliveryIdeally a background within facilities managementProven track record leading large-scale tenders and supplier transitionsStrong stakeholder management and leadership across diverse teamsExceptional project management and strategic planning skillsExperience with complex, multi-workstream contract environments
