It is and now, were looking for a Head of Marketing to lead this dynamic team and accelerate growth across our Simplyhealth and Denplan brands.This is a critical leadership role reporting to our Sales & Marketing Director. You'll be a senior member of the leadership team, shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring everything we do puts the customer at the centre. Youll lead the charge in building a marketing engine thats deeply connected to the product, driven by data & customer insights, and obsessed with our customers. Youll work closely with our Product, Sales and Service teams to ensure our messaging resonates, our users are engaged, and our growth is sustainable.Key responsibilities People leadership of the marketing function covering campaign strategy and execution, proposition design and development, digital trading and engagement, and event strategy and execution that leverages enhanced customer insights and increased brand awareness to deliver a high-quality sales pipeline Setting and executing the marketing strategy, enabling a significant improvement in digital and sales conversion through innovative approaches and the effective utilisation of marketing technology Building a high-performing team covering campaign strategy and execution, proposition design and development, digital trading and engagement, and event strategy and execution Balancing the optimisation of existing routes to market (intermediary, corporate) alongside creating and growing new channels (digital, direct, B2B2C)
