Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a global manufacturing based in Teesside with the appointment of Legal Assistant on a 12 month FTC. You will be supporting the legal and compliance team with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Generating legal matter numbers and tickets, producing engagement letters Executing of documents including identifying signatories, sending hard copy documents to signatories for execution and emailing them to chase for signature Obtaining authorisation for invoices, obtaining further information, purchase order requisitions, recording, coding, submitting for payment and checking late payments Arranging notes and translations and board meetings Scanning corporate documents Assisting lawyers with sending audit response to litigation where requested Travel arrangements and bookings, processing of monthly expense reports Global system administration of the legal contract management system You must have a good understanding corporate functions, excellent administrative skills and previous experience within a legal department or firm.
