Hybrid working, offices in Staines, Cranleigh and working from home 24 40 hours a week (your choice) , work pattern flexible to work for you and us 30K 35K FTE Are you highly organised, skilled at coordinating admin, confident with IT, and someone who enjoys making things run smoothly? Our reputation is built on quality, honesty, and reliable delivery. Our clients include major names such as Network Rail, UKPN, GE, BAM Nuttall, and Octavius. Were looking for a proactive Office Manager to join our team and take ownership of ensuring our offices and systems run like clockwork. What Youll Be Doing Youll play a key role in supporting our team behind the scenes so they can focus on delivering for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Managing our outsourced IT provider and internal IT support Managing our Office Coordinator and providing day-to-day office and admin support Overseeing facilities across two office locations Ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant document handling and storage for bids and projects Managing office supplies, hotel bookings, and vendor contracts Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining emergency equipment Conducting regular audits to ensure best practice and operational efficiency Supporting onboarding and offboarding of team members Updating internal systems and supporting sustainability initiatives What Does Success Look Like? Efficient and compliant project and bid document management Seamless IT support, equipment provision, and travel coordination Well-maintained and high-standard office facilities Effective admin support and accurate system updates A continuous improvement mindset across office operations What Youll Bring Strong team management and leadership skills Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines Confident decision-making and influencing skills at all levels A collaborative, can-do attitude especially when timescales are tight A good knowledge of IT and enthusiasm for staying up to date with tech Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Why Join Us?
