This role involves helping people to find appropriate accommodation solutions in our mission to prevent homelessness.?You will provide housing related support and advice to people to assist them with maintaining their tenancy and prevent evictions.As a Street Outreach Worker, you will offer direct support to people who are homeless, helping them to exit a street lifestyle as quickly and safely as possible. You will maintain and develop effective partnerships with other agencies ensuring that you deliver effectivehousing advice and guidance to people from our Navigator advice service. You will also offer direct support to people on an outreach basis.We are seeking?passionate individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and dynamic, solutions focused and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.
