Programme Finance Manager Issue Date: 11 April 2025 Closing Date: 27 April 2025Position Ref: RW 1353 Location: Blended or fully office based (from our office in Edinburgh) Hours: Full-time, fixed term until 1 June 2026 Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Were looking for a confident and collaborative programme finance manager to lead the financial aspects of our loan and grant programmes, particularly within the transport and service delivery teams. The team You will be part of our service delivery team, which manages government funded loans and grants that help people make sustainable changes to their homes and transport. Were a supportive and purpose driven team that takes pride in doing work that benefits people and the planet. We work closely with colleagues across Energy Saving Trust and with external partners to ensure we deliver excellent results. The role In this role, you will lead a small team and be the key link between our programme delivery and finance teams, ensuring we manage public funds responsibly and deliver great customer service. You will have the opportunity to improve processes, support your teams development, and build strong relationships with government funders. What youll do Lead a team of up to five, supporting their development and encouraging a collaborative, inclusive culture.Oversee financial planning, forecasting and reporting for loan and grant schemes.Manage the collections process, ensuring compliance and improving customer outcomes.Act as a key contact for government funders, providing accurate and timely financial updates.Improve systems and processes to boost efficiency and customer experience.
