If you know how to run a set, direct a creator, light a room, and make content that feels native, not forced, we want you.Position OverviewWere looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial TikTok Shop Account Manager to lead the performance, affiliate squad-building, and daily growth of TikTok Shop brands. This is a cross-functional role that blends trading, client servicing, and creator strategy.What will you be doing?Be the go-to point of contact for your clients, fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retentionPlan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns and livestreamsLead weekly performance calls, sharing insights and actions that genuinely move the needle.Own the trading calendar for each brand: product drops, campaign windows, seasonal moments.Identify and onboard TikTok affiliates who align with each brands audience and tone.Build and manage affiliates squadsreliable, high-performing affiliates who consistently drive GMV on TikTok Shop.Provide recommendations to optimise listings, pricing and performance for clientsBrief and coordinate live stream and creator activity to maximise conversion.Track, report, and optimise towards GMV, ROAS, CTR, AOV, and key platform metrics.Build and present performance reports with actionable insights that drive future decision-making.Stay up to date with platform updates, policies, and changes - translating them into clear guidance for clients.Constantly look for ways to improve the full funnel: content > traffic > conversion > retention.Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and paid media to drive integrated campaigns.Who are we looking for?Youll have demonstrable experience on TikTok ShopHave experience in account management, e-commerce trading, affiliate marketing, or creator managementFamiliarity with retail calendars, product lifecycle, and social commerce incentivesGood understanding of paid mediaMassively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasksYou can work under pressure and be able to turn round tasks with short deadlinesAre entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.Live by our values: Creativity- We experiment with nonsense.
