D365 F&O Support Analyst - D365 F&O Support Analyst, D365 SCM, D365FO, D365 F&O, D365 SC&M, D365 Support Analyst, Dynamics 365, D365 Finance and Operations Support Analyst, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Retail, AX, Dynamics 365, End User Contract UK - 400-450pd Our Global End User client are looking for a D365 F&O Support Analyst to assist them on a global roll out of D365 F&SCM. You will join a busy implementation team and help support users, across various locations in Europe, with post go live needs. Those that have supported Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level would be ideal for this role.This role will require extensive travel across Europe with the implementation team. The successful person will be open and happy to travel up to 50% of the time. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, the role is outside IR35 and will last more than 6 months.Key Skills & Experience:Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsProven knowledge and demonstratable experience with Microsoft DynamicsYou will preferably have experience in a manufacturing environmentIdeally have experience working in multi country / global projectsYou will have strong communication skills both written and verbalCustomer/vendor relationship skills (internal and External)Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges Main Responsibilities:Technical and business process support for new ERP implementationAssist in delivery of new solutions and enhancements into a production stateParticipate in testing and validation where appropriateResolving operational incidentsWork with users and business partners to manage issues and come up with new solutionsAdvise on how to conduct processesSupport process adoption via training materialsEnsure P1 and P2 issues are resolved swiftlyLocation: United Kingdom Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.Catch Resource Management is a leading provider of Dynamics AX, JD Edwards, NetSuite and other ERP resources to both end users and to product suppliers/authors.
