We are working with an electric vehicle company in Belfast for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their In-House Legal team.The Role:The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters including licenses and leases, while drafting, negotiating, and conducting due diligence on a variety of documents and agreements.The in-house solicitor will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to help secure and manage the property interests of the company. The successful candidate will work on a range of construction contracts, commercial contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
