The roleWe are seeking an experienced UK qualified solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with post qualification experience in employment law and commercial agreements and contracts. Our legal team plays a key role supporting the business across multiple jurisdictions, so experience with cross-border contractual arrangements is highly desirable, though not necessary. This role involves providing critical support to our General Counsel, handling reactive legal tasks, reviewing a range of commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as contract negotiation and contract review.This role is pivotal in supporting the wider sales business and our Bids & Contracts Team and in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment operations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.Life at The IN GroupPut simply, were a group of talent consultants and recruitment agencies that unlock the power of people. Assisting with legal queries during the contract review and tender processContract Review:Support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including client terms, supplier agreements, NDAs, and MSAsEnsure contracts align with company policies and legal requirementsProactively identify and mitigate legal risks in contract negotiationsSupporting the General CounselProvide direct support to our General Counsel in managing legal tasks and prioritiesAssist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondenceAssisting on wider legal initiatives including compliance, risk management and trainingConduct legal research as needed to support ongoing projectsLegal support across the business:Working with Finance, IT and the wider Operations Teams to provide timely, pragmatic legal advice. Templates:Support with the development, maintenance and continual improvement of our contract templates, risk management, training and process improvements.
