The roleWe are seeking an experienced UK qualified solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with post qualification experience in employment law and commercial agreements and contracts. Our legal team plays a key role supporting the business across multiple jurisdictions, so experience with cross-border contractual arrangements is highly desirable, though not necessary. Assisting with legal queries during the contract review and tender processContract Review:Support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including client terms, supplier agreements, NDAs, and MSAsEnsure contracts align with company policies and legal requirementsProactively identify and mitigate legal risks in contract negotiationsSupporting the General CounselProvide direct support to our General Counsel in managing legal tasks and prioritiesAssist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondenceAssisting on wider legal initiatives including compliance, risk management and trainingConduct legal research as needed to support ongoing projectsLegal support across the business:Working with Finance, IT and the wider Operations Teams to provide timely, pragmatic legal advice.
