Head Chef Prestigious Hotel Chain North Coast, Northern IrelandAlchemy Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious hotel chain on the stunning north coast of Northern Ireland. This is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for Pan Asian cuisine to lead a dynamic kitchen team in a luxury hospitality setting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.Lead and manage a team of chefs, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.Develop and refine menus with a focus on Pan Asian cuisine, delivering an exceptional dining experience.Maintain stock control, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.Implement and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.Work collaboratively with senior management to enhance the hotel's culinary reputation.Essential Criteria:Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a hotel setting.At least 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or higher role specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing a team.Clear and effective communication in English (both spoken and written).Strong IT competency for managing kitchen operations, stock control, and reporting.Desirable Criteria:2 years experience as a Head Chef in Pan Asian cuisine.Experience working in a branded hotel environment.Previous involvement in a hotel pre-opening, with experience in setting up kitchen operations.This is a rare opportunity to bring your expertise and creativity to a renowned hotel group, located in one of Northern Irelands most breathtaking coastal regions.
