Youll be involved in key activities such as organising materials, preparing site documents, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring Health and Safety standards are upheld on-site.This is a hands-on, varied role that will develop your skills across project management, site operations, and customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the delivery of projects against the programme of worksSupporting site teams to maintain excellent Health and Safety practicesHelping organise and manage project documentation and materialsAnswering calls and emails from suppliers, subcontractors, and clientsKeeping internal records and cost documentation accurate and up to dateWorking closely with our skilled teams to ensure high standards of workmanshipIdentifying and suggesting improvements to processes and operationsThe ideal candidate will:Have a qualification or education related to the construction sectorBe highly organised and able to manage multiple tasksHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe proactive, enthusiastic, and keen to learnHave a strong work ethic and be a genuine team playerWhat were looking for:Were after someone who is hardworking, reliable, and committed to building a career in the construction industry.
