Now, they're looking for a National Account Manager to drive new business and grow key accounts within the "With Coffee End Users" and Foodservice channels. They foster a collaborative culture where people are valued and given the tools to succeed.What youll be doingNew business focus: Identify and secure opportunities within "With Coffee End Users," on both a Regional and National level.Account growth: Manage relationships with Coffee Shop Groups, Cafs, and Foodservice partners.Strategic planning: Develop and execute joint business plans, leveraging data and insightsCustomer engagement: Support trade events, customer planning sessions, and internal team meetings.Commercial management: Handle key account admin, including trading agreements, invoices, and performance tracking.Key RequirementsProven experience in account management and driving New Business, within FMCG, Foodservice, Retail, or Convenience.Strong business development skills, with a track record of securing and growing new accounts.Analytical mindsetcomfortable with sales data, reporting, and presenting insightsExcellent relationship management and communication skills, both internally and externally.The ProcessFirst stage Teams interview with the Hiring Manager.Second stage Teams interview with a Senior Manager.Final stage In-person interview, including a brief presentation.Were shortlisting for this role on an ongoing basisapply now to be considered.How can we make our recruitment process more accessible for you?
