Hays Health & Safety are working with a world-leading packaging manufacturer based in North Wales who are seeking an enthusiastic Health & Safety Advisor willing to be hands-on and visible.The successful candidate would be a confident, team-orientated individual with a relevant manufacturing background and NEBOSH trained.You will have the ability to engage site teams on HSE matters and build rapport and develop culture on site.Your new roleComplete Audits on site ensuring any issues are reported and corrective action is taken Develop, maintain and implement internal management systems on siteDevelop relevant Health & Safety documentation and update as requiredConduct regular training with site teamsDeliver regular toolbox talks and report safety targets and performance to the teamProduce regular Health & Safety reportsThe successful candidateMinimum of 3 years in a Health & Safety role, ideally experience within ManufacturingNEBOSH General Certificate or working towards (Essential) A hands-on attitude with a natural ability to coachWhat's on offer?A negotiable salary (DOE) and unparalleled development opportunities are on offer to the successful candidate.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
