Youll manage relationships, provide strategic advice, and undertake key accounting services.Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for a varied client base.Oversee and ensure the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns are completed accurately and efficiently.Provide clients with strategic business advice and guidance, helping them make informed financial decisions.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver seamless client service.Qualifications and Skills: ACCA, ACA, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE).Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a practice environment.Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload under tight deadlines.
