Position: Learning & Development Lead (Fixed Term Contract _1year)We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Lead to develop a learning strategy that will enable adoption of a global change programme at scale. As an L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating well considered training plans for each of the initiatives within the programme curriculum of projects. Strong communication skills are essential in effectively guiding the programme team and our Firms through the learning journey.
