Following a successful hire, this is an exciting opportunity to become the third new addition to a busy maintenance team at a site undergoing significant investment to meet increasing production demands.Why Join?With a fully booked order pipeline for the next three years and multi-million-pound site investments underway, now is the perfect time to become part of this forward-thinking organisation.Key Responsibilities:Support the SHE department to uphold the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environmental performance in all maintenance activities.Assist in recovering from unplanned stoppages and contribute to first-line troubleshooting and problem-solving.Work collaboratively across departments to enhance plant reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through FMEA, RCM studies, and optimising PM/PdM programs to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).Support the MRO Stores Controller in optimising inventory to meet reliability and plant performance needs.Work closely with engineering teams to manage contractor-led maintenance and capital project activities during plant outages.Maintain detailed equipment records using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).What Were Looking For:Hands-on experience working with pumps, compressors, pipelines, boilers, vessels, and heat exchangers.Knowledge of alignment techniques, ultrasonics, vibration analysis, and thermography.Understanding of pressure systems, confined space regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes (hot work, etc.).Strong reporting skills and the ability to assess, improve, and implement maintenance workflow practices.ana@kintecglobal.com
