Our mission is to drive revenue and engagement through cutting-edge solutions tailored to the needs of our partners.We are seeking an Account Coordinator to play a vital role in the ongoing support of long-tail partner accounts, working closely with a variety of internal teams including the greater Account Management Team, Tech Solutions and Yield while contributing to the Partner Success team's overall success. This role involves addressing partner inquiries, configuring partner accounts, managing inbound requests, and actively seeking partner growth opportunities. This role will report to the Director of Account Management and work directly under the Senior Manager of Account Management.Essential Functions:Assist partners in addressing questions and concerns regarding their accounts, ensuring exceptional service.Configure partner accounts, including ad tag configuration, revenue shares, and account activation.Respond to inbound tickets efficiently through the support system, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.Conduct outreach to partners to support their advertising needs Keep internal teams informed about partner statuses within our network, fostering effective collaboration.Stay up-to-date on all new products and processes relevant to supporting partners.Provide administrative assistance to Account Managers as required to facilitate partner success.Assist with team-wide and company-wide projects and initiatives to promote a collaborative environment.Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility in task executionQualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent.2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, digital advertising, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Basic knowledge of websites and digital advertising.Working knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively manage priorities and workflow.Excellent customer service skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
