D365 CE ConsultantLocation: Winchester/Remote Job SummaryOur clients are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, customising, and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 CE solutionsConfigure and customise D365 CE applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modulesDevelop and implement workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and integrations with other systemsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and supportProvide training and support to end-users and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutionsStay up to date with Microsofts product roadmap and make recommendations on improvements and best practices Required QualificationsProven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutionsStrong knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field ServiceExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model, data model, and integration capabilitiesProficiency in using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services (REST/OData) for D365 custom developmentExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-240) are highly desirable Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure services and DevOps pipelinesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPrior consulting experience with client-facing roles
