One of the fastest growing independent iconic beauty brands, are looking for an ambitious and dynamic (OFFICE BASED) Senior National Account Manager who is looking to bring their fresh ideas and passion to the HQ team in London.(Experience with Boots and Marks & Spencer, or Boots and Sainsburys is essential)BenefitsUp to 75,000 per annum basic salaryExtra days holiday for your birthdayFree monthly product allocationPension schemeSeason Ticket Loan for public transportResponsibilities Play a key role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners, working closely with the wider sales team to meet financial targetsBe the Brand Ambassador to large retail partners, building strong relationships and providing timely, professional support on a day-to-day basis.Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for replenishment and new product introductions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of POs and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.Work closely with Education Team to plan retailer and retail staff training and events according to account needs.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights for internal management team.Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.RequirementsExperience with Boots and Marks & Spencer, or Boots and Sainsburys.2+ years in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the beauty industry.Strong knowledge of Bricks & Mortar, and e-commerce platformsUnderstanding online sales funnels, conversion optimisation, and customer acquisitionAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business growth.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.
