Youll lead on analytics, mentor junior team members, and shape impactful reports for over 130 NHS organisations. It's data with real-world purpose. What youll be doing:Lead on analytics projects to uncover trends in hospital spendingDevelop insightful reports and data tools that guide decision-makingEngage directly with NHS clientspresenting, advising, and supportingMentor junior analysts and take the lead on improving outputsHelp automate and evolve how insights are delivered Were looking for:Experience in a senior analyst role, ideally with large/complex datasetsA proactive, problem-solving mindsetconsulting experience is a plusConfident presenting insights to clients or internal teamsComfortable leading, coaching, and working independentlyStrong communication and collaboration skills Bonus if youve worked with procurement or health data before!
