It is a versatile position that blends client facing interaction with general office support function activities, ensuring that role responsibilities including meetings and day-to-day operational tasks are fully supported.The successful candidate is expected to perform all duties with a commitment to providing optimal service to clients, lawyers and co-workers, while producing a high quality work product.Duties/ResponsibilitiesFront of House: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and internal clients in a friendly and professional mannerManage conference room set upManage incoming telephone callsManage incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriersAssisting business support colleagues in daily tasksAssisting with secretarial duties such as organising and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and diary managementBook taxis and setting up conference callsSet up and maintain filing systemsProvide logistical support for projectsAssisting with the planning and running of office social events and client eventsLiaising with building management and vendorsRequired/Preferred Skills/Abilities:Candidates will ideally have at least two years experience working in an office environment, front of house experience in a professional services firm would be an advantageStrong technical knowledge of MS Office and be familiarity with office softwareAbility to manage and prioritise own workload in order to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong service orientation and attention to detailAbility to work independently or as part of a collaborative teamAdaptability and flexibility as the needs of the department evolveThis role attracts a competitive salary together with benefits package.
