Our client, a prominent player in the investment banking and financial services industry, is spearheading a substantial, multi-year transformation initiative aimed at addressing risk, enhancing cost efficiency, and streamlining reconciliation processes and platforms across Operations.Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and contribute to this initiative.Requirement:Minimum of 6 years' experience working for an Investment Bank, with at least 8 years of project management experience.Experience in leading projects including Front to back reconciliations including Cash & NostroExperience in Reconciliation is mandatory.Responsibilities:The role involves leading governance forums, developing program/project plans, ensuring adherence to project management standard processes, and maintaining compliance with quality assurance policies.The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall project communication to stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues through negotiation and escalation processes.Collaboration with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables is essential, along with clear communication with internal management and key stakeholders.
