Centre Point Recruitment are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Residential Concierge to join our client, a specialist residential managing agents on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of efficiency and discretion. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.Assist residents with various requests, including reservations, transportation, and personal errands.Coordinate with external service providers to arrange for maintenance, housekeeping, and other services.Manage and oversee the reception area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.Address and resolve any resident complaints or issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and requests.Ensure the security and privacy of residents by monitoring access to the building and reporting any suspicious activity.Qualifications:Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.A professional appearance and demeanor.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Salary: 30,000 - 32,000Hours: 12hr shift - Pittman rota (Day and Night available)
