We look forward to receiving your application.What you will be doingDrive strategic global growth of the IP&E market segment with focus on clean energy markets, including hydrogen and carbon capture: Steer the understanding of target markets and competitors - tracking trends whilst owning product line performance and profitability including cost positioning and pricing.Position new products and features, in line with customer and market requirements.Optimise customer value proposition for targeted USPs.Oversee customer response after product/service launch, pursuing growth campaigns whilst maintaining voice of customer (VOC) gathering process.Work closely with our Engineering, Quality, Operations and Service teams to ensure products are designed and operating to the highest standards.Provide dialogue on future developments, customer, commercial, technical, and environmental challenges.What we are looking for A Product expert from the Gas Analysis or Process Instrumentation industries with solid exposure to the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power and Clean Energy markets:Experience of working with gas analysers including laser based (Tunable Diode Laser, InfraRed) products and their applications.Strong commercial and technical acumen with a track record in the preparation of business cases, price negotiations and competitor analysis.Experience of translating VOC from raw data into insights that inform decision-making and influence customer satisfaction.Presenting at leadership level and working with global teams across disciplines.An exceptional communicator with strategic prowess and a proven blend of engineering/scientific experience combined with product ingenuityA degree in a scientific subject (physics, chemical engineering, chemistry) or related engineering/ technical discipline.About Servomex:Servomex, part of the FTSE 250 Spectris Group, plays a vital role of advanced gas analysis in creating a cleaner, healthier, and more productive world.
