Company Secretary Manager Belfast / Hybrid 40,000-55,000 plus Benefits including private medical & GP, Pension, additional days off, generous annual leave, discretionary company bonusYour new companySignatus are hiring on behalf of a global professional services business who are experiencing rapid growth across their Governance and Compliance department.This is a key hire for the team, offering the chance to manage a high-performing team of Company Secretary's and part qualified Company secretary's as well as legal professionals.You will be delivering complex legal entity governance and compliance services to a global client base across sectors like banking, luxury retail, manufacturing, and sports.As part of the management structure within this delivery team, youll oversee day-to-day operations, drive transformation through tech-enabled solutions, and play a strategic role in service innovation and client delivery excellence.What youll be doing as a Company Secretary:Leading service delivery across a global portfolio of legal entity governance clients.Managing and mentoring a team of Company Secretaries and legal professionals.Acting as escalation point for key client relationships.Driving operational excellence: billing, reporting, onboarding and compliance tracking.Implementing tech-based efficienciesWorking closely with leadership to evolve the service offering and exceed targets.Who we are looking for:A qualified Chartered Company Secretary (ICSA/CGI or equivalent) This is an essential criteria and only candidates with multiple years of acting co sec experience will be considered .Significant experience in entity governance, legal operations, or compliance advisory.Track record of managing legal entity compliance teams or service delivery functions.Familiarity with global legal entity frameworks and technology-led governance solutions.Commercial mindset with strong client and stakeholder engagement skills.Why this role?This is a leadership opportunity within a dynamic, tech-focused and highly respected governance and legal operations function of a global business.
