Kidd Aitken Legal Marketing ltd has worked with over 200 law firms to date, delivering both first-time and improved rankings for firms of all sizes and sectors in all major directories.About the RoleAccountabilities:Oversee a portfolio of clients taking accountability for the delivery of exceptional service and quality submissions within your portfolioDeliver quality strategy calls, adding value to the client experience through acting as a trusted adviser and by identifying opportunities for the delivery of strategic solutions and roadmaps to ranking successSupport the Client Experience Manager with the delivery of the annual cycle of such clients, giving insight into the relationship and position of workTake a project management approach to managing your portfolio of work ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and client requirementsLead, coach and develop a dedicated team of Senior Consultants/ Consultants to consistently deliver quality submissions for Kidd Aitken clientsProvide regular constructive feedback to your team members on the quality and delivery of their work, ensuring adherence to our style guideBe open and transparent in terms of the experience of your clients during their cycle and identify opportunities to improve quality of delivery and share best practices across the organisationSupport the wider business as required with strategic analysis, developing and championing new initiatives and supporting marketing communicationsMaintain up to date professional knowledge/insight of legal directories guidance and legal practice areasThe CandidateExperience of working in Legal Marketing/Legal DirectoriesExperience in a Managing Consultant/Senior Consultant Role (or similar)Experience in leadership/people management role (ideally in a remote context)Experience in providing a strategic and critical eye to the presentation of informationLeadership qualities able to provide clear direction and coach effectivelyHigh level of IT literacy -including expert spreadsheet, data management and extensive use of Office 365Excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlinesRemote workingFull-TimeNo agency CVs will be considered for this roleClosing date for applications: 11.04.2025
