Our client an award winning, 2 office independent Estate Agent in West London are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy office in Ealing. The Agency was founded over 10 years ago and are highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer and are actively looking to open a 3rd office in the future.The ideal candidate should be passionate about the property industry with at least 2 years experience, but would consider slightly less experience if you possess the right attributes. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. Ideally must have valuing experience, but can be trained on this if not. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:Basic 25,000 - 28,000OTE 40,000 - 55,000 + uncappedCar Allowance 2,100First 3 months guaranteeQuarterly bonus of 500 on reasonable performance expectation100 per applicable mortgage leadWelcoming working environmentMonday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday 9am to 1pm with a day back in lieu (5 day working week)Exceptional training and developmentExcellent career progressionResponsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emailsPreparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when requiredArranging /conducting property viewingsNegotiating lets through to move inReferencing potential tenantsPreparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal noticesProviding Applicants and Landlords with regular feedbackProviding high levels of customer serviceResearch and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clientsCarrying out Market Appraisals and winning new businessGenerating T&CsThe skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:Ideally at least 2 years previous experience with valuingCalm person with strength of character, someone who wont be easily flusteredStrong organisational and administrative skillsPersonable, proactive and helpfulExcellent written & oral communication skillsProblem solverInfluential & persuasive negotiating skillsAbility work under pressureAbility to multi-task with good attention to detailExcellent telephone mannerFull UK driving licence with access to your own carIf this is the opportunity you've been waiting for, then apply today!!
