Our client is seeking a senior paralegal for an 89 month contract. This fully remote role is ideal for a highly skilled legal professional with a background in financial services and professional services sectors who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of legal operations.The successful candidate will support legal operations by optimising workflows, managing legal tech tools and improving contract lifecycle processes. They will assist with regulatory compliance, AML/KYC reviews, corporate governance, and policy development while also drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts, agreements and regulatory filings.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a paralegal within financial services and professional services, along with a strong background in legal operations. Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills are required along with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities.This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your legal expertise and operational skills in a high-impact role.
