If youve got 10+ years of agency experience (with at least 2 years in a senior production role), a passion for technical innovation, and the ability to juggle large-scale global projects, this could be the perfect role for you.The RoleAs Senior Production Manager, youll take the lead on delivering high-profile, large-scale events from concept to execution, working closely with the Production Director, creative studio, producers, and wider production teams. Youll be hands-on in shaping innovative, boundary-pushing experiences that meet both creative and commercial objectives.Youll also be responsible for: Managing complex, multi-layered event production across global markets Building and maintaining strong client relationships Overseeing on-site delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from build to de-rig Leading supplier negotiations and contract management Ensuring all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget Driving technical excellence, bringing fresh ideas to the table Managing health & safety compliance and best practicesWhat Youll Bring A deep understanding of event production, digital execution, live streaming, and broadcast tech Flawless organisational and time management skills you thrive under pressure Confident leadership, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings and CAD plans (VectorWorks experience is a bonus!)
