Account Manager UK & Europe | Enterprise & Mid Market SaaS | Fraud & Risk DomainI am searching for an Account Manager for my client, a global enterprise software company focused on fraud prevention and risk based authentication solutions. Their cutting edge platform is trusted by thousands of financial institutions worldwide to safeguard digital transactions and accounts.This is a newly created Account Manager role for the UK and European region, offering the opportunity to manage a portfolio of mid sized customers, drive renewals, and grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The role sits within a high-performing commercial team and is key to expanding the business outside of the US.What Youll Be DoingManage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across the UK and continental Europe (with occasional accounts in APJ)Take ownership of renewals and revenue expansion opportunities within medium-sized accountsDrive new business activity across your assigned territory approximately 50% of the commission planBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retentionCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions) to support value delivery and drive account successStay ahead of renewal timelines, proactively identifying growth opportunitiesKey Role DetailsReports directly to VP and C-level leadershipTerritory spans UK and multiple European countries, with a small number of accounts in APJCompensation includes a 60/40 base to commission split, with accelerators for overachievementPortfolio value includes a healthy mix of expansion potential and predictable renewalsWhat Were Looking For23 years experience in B2B Account Management or Sales within a software/SaaS environmentDemonstrated ability to manage a sales process from pipeline to close, including renewals and new business - Hunter MindsetExperience handling deal sizes between 90K and 150K, ideally within a territory worth ~2MStrong communication and relationship-building skills confident, credible, and commercially mindedProven ability to drive upsell and cross-sell motions while managing existing accounts with careAbility to independently manage a territory, develop strategic plans, and act with ownershipTools & MindsetCRM experience is required (Ideally Salesforce), but success in this role relies on proactivity, not automationOrganised, thoughtful, and strategic capable of balancing multiple accounts and workstreamsExperience in fraud, risk, authentication, or cybersecurity is a plus, but not requiredExperience in selling to the banking industry a huge advantage but not essentialCompensationBase Salary: 77K 85KOTE: Approximately 141K (uncapped with accelerators)Commission Plan: 50% renewals / 50% new businessTravel: Up to 50%, primarily across the UK and EuropeThis is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Account Manager to take on a region-anchoring role with high visibility, strong growth potential, and a market-leading solution portfolio.
