About the RoleAs a Marine Survey Advisor, youll play a vital part in the successful execution of offshore survey and construction support projects. Youll work across departments to ensure technical readiness, operational efficiency, and alignment with project goals delivering the quality and precision that Next Geosolutions is known for. Reporting StructureReports to: Technical ManagerCollaborates with:Project Manager (PM)Asset & Mobilisation ManagerQHSE Team Key ResponsibilitiesSupport PM and Operations throughout project execution.Review and confirm operational resources (personnel, equipment/software) as outlined during bidding.Draft and maintain clear, accurate project procedures.Ensure subcontractor equipment and sensors meet contractual requirements.Collaborate with the Asset & Mobilisation team on mobilisation planning and execution, including pole/GA/welding operations, providing engineering support as needed.Attend client and internal technical meetings.Contribute technical insights to the Commercial team, including proposals, alternative solutions, and line plans aligned with client specifications. What You BringExperience in similar offshore roles (e.g., positioning, ROV, ROTV, geophysical surveys, construction support).Strong technical background in survey or engineering disciplines.Fluent English (written and spoken).A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced project environments.
