To support this growth, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to manage sales activities, increase revenue, Develop and cultivate lasting relationships, negotiate contracts to ensure profitability for the event. As Commercial Manager, you will:Develop and implement sales strategies and proactively manage time to achieve revenue targets.Own plans and strategies in the allocated sales area, maintain consistently high levels of productive sales activity with cold contacts, face to face meetings, presentations, social and email outreachIdentify and prospect new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.Work closely with customers to cultivate lasting relationships, grow loyalty and deliver exceptional service.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company objectives.Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by driving sales initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.Sills for success:genuine interest in the low carbon transitionstrategic thinking and a proven ability to develop and implement revenue strategiespitch event services, negotiate contracts and close dealskey account management and relationship buildingtrack record of exceeding sales targetsexcellent communication and interpersonal skillsdetail orientated with strong business acumenIn a nutshell, this roles owns a sales target and develops lasting client relationships.
