Were building digital infrastructure for whats next.Headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with local experts and delivery teams globally wherever critical industries need us.What Were Looking For5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the renewable energy, SaaS energy domain and/or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success.Strong ability to engage and influence SME and enterprise-level customers.Established and active network within the energy and/or cybersecurity industries, with a track record of leveraging relationships for deal-making.Excellent command of English, with native or near-native proficiency in German and/or Dutch. Other languages are a plus.A consultative, solution-driven sales mindset with a passion for innovation and business transformation.Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders.Willingness to travel extensively across the region and designated eventsKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager - Western Europe, you will lead market expansion across UK & Ireland, Benelux, DACH, and the Nordics, ensuring a strong regional presence for Senkron Digital. You will develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and execute high-impact sales initiatives to accelerate growth.Drive revenue growth in Western European markets, focusing on high-value SME and enterprise sales.Lead outreach, prospecting, and deal execution to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.Develop customized sales pitches and solutions that align with customer challenges and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to optimize go-to-market strategies.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to guide customer conversations.Represent Senkron at industry forums, business meetings, and key regional networking events.
