We are on the hunt for an Implementation Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis.Our client, a global pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an experienced Coupa Implementation Project Manager to lead the next phase of their Coupa Source-to-Pay 2.0 program. This is a high-impact, senior project management role, requiring a candidate who can navigate a complex global implementation, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive a structured and disciplined execution of the project.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the global implementation of Coupa Source-to-Pay 2.0.Oversee 8 different vertical workstreams, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives by dedicated team members.Facilitate weekly update meetings and ensure consistent communication with leadership teams.Develop and manage a high-level project plan, breaking it down into actionable weekly reports.Organize and lead sessions with initiative teams to ensure alignment and progress toward goals and deadlines.Identify project risks across multiple domains and ensure effective mitigation strategies.Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication across IT, Procurement, and other business functions.Act as the quarterback for the programbringing teams together, holding them accountable, and ensuring deliverables are met.Key Skills & ExperienceEssential: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading global implementations.Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong background in Coupa, ideally with direct implementation exposure.Experience with SAP or Ariba in addition to Coupa is beneficial.Ability to challenge senior stakeholders, make decisive calls, and maintain a structured approach.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Preferred: Strong understanding of risk domains related to Source-to-Pay systemIf you are keen to find out more about this Implementation Project Manager role, please reach out.BioTalent Ltd is acting as an employment agency for this opportunity.
