This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring standards are met and procedures are followed correctly by the team on shift.Selection criteriaWe recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. A desire to grow and gain new experiences and skills.Desirable selection criteria At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry Relevant industry qualifications such as WSET / Cicerone Specific experience in high quality craft beer service Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spiritsPre-employment screeningStandard checks If you are offered the post, the offer will be subject to standard pre-employment checks.
