Bid Manager - Tier 1 Contractor Bid Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Bid Manager to join their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to secure 'key' design and build projects across the East Midlands ranging from 5m to 100m. Why Apply: With a turnover of 1bn+, our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, they operate across the education, custodial, commercial, retail, defence, leisure, and high-rise accommodation sectors and offer the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious projects ranging from 5m - 100m. They are also partners on several frameworks including MOJ, MOD, P23+ and the Department for Education (DfE), and as such have a pipeline of 3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2025 / 2026. Requirements: - Meet time pressures to deliver high quality submissions on time - Display a creative flair and ensure high standards of accuracy - Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor - High level of attention to detail Responsibilities & Duties: - Secure frameworks and competitively tendered schemes - Manage tender process and submit work-winning bids - Develop bid strategy best-practice tendering - Attend PQQ and bid meetings Key Benefits: - Multi award winning Top 10 Contractor - Excellent training and development - Genuine progression opportunities - Work from home / site / office The Package: - Great basic salary of 50,000 - 55,000 - Company car or allowance (6,000) - Performance related bonus (10%) - Excellent holiday allowance To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Bid Manager to deliver D&B projects of 10m+.
