Job Title

Our client is a Leeds based with Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying as their core business. They have grown steadily in size and reputation over the past 5 years and have a team of 30 staff who are involved in delivering projects ranging in value from 50K to 250 million. Due to an increase in their work load they are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors or an Associate Director to join their company and take a lead role on some key projects. They work on projects across a variety of sectors to include: - Residential - Commercial & Office - Retail - Hotel & Leisure Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets. - Lead and manage project teams - Administer contracts and manage tender processes. - Conduct risk management and value engineering assessments. - Monitor and report on project costs and progress. - Provide expert advice on cost management and procurement strategies. Qualifications/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. - Professional membership (e.g., RICS, AIQS, etc.) preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
