The role OurLeisure Club Assistantssupport in providing a successful Health & Fitness offering to members and guests, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living. The role reports directly to the Leisure Club Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Birmingham, B43. Leisure Club Assistant responsibilities include: Ensuringthe club is always presented in the appropriate conditionensuring the correct daily, weekly and monthly checks are being completed. Achievingnew member sales , renewals and net membership growth metrics. Supporting the Club Management Team in relation tolocal marketing initiativesto drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount and the Club's position in the community. Always demonstrating apro-active approach to Health & Safetyand support the Club Management Team relating to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit. Undertakingcash handlingduties and submitting to hotel finance.
